1. Introduction
Anneke Sips International, trading as Terrapy (“Anneke Sips International,” “Terrapy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), welcomes you to our online spaces.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites and services, including, without limitation: annekesips.com, theoriginalmedicines.com, terrapy.net, terrapy.shop, Care Circle, Original Origins podcast, The Dark Night of the Soul, Sacred Nursing, networkyogatherapy.com, and related digital platforms (collectively, the “Websites”).
By accessing or using our Websites, purchasing products or services, or becoming a Registered User, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Websites.
2. Description and use of our websites
We provide Visitors and Registered Users with access to content, digital products, courses, memberships, therapy sessions, workshops, retreats, and related services (collectively, “Services”).

We reserve the right to accept or decline any registration and may deactivate accounts at any time, including if a Registered User violates these Terms
3. Community guidelines
Our community flourishes when guided by respect. By using the Websites, you agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws.
Refrain from uploading, posting, or sharing any material that infringes on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate.
Not harass, stalk, threaten, or spam others.
Not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
Not collect data, perform automated scraping, or interfere with site functionality.
Not post off-topic or commercial content.
We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
4. Eligibility
Our Websites and Services are intended for individuals aged 13 and older.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, please ensure a parent or guardian reviews these Terms with you.
5. Account registration and security
To access certain features, you may be asked to create an account with a Sign-In Name and Password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain confidentiality of your credentials. Each account is for individual use only. Sharing access credentials is a material breach of these Terms. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

6. Fees and payments
All prices are listed in EUR. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Payments for sessions, packages, memberships, workshops, and programs are processed through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). Direct bank transfers are subject to an administrative fee of €25.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us or our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
If payment is unsuccessful, you remain responsible for all amounts due, including reasonable collection and legal costs.
7. Delivery of physical goods
For physical goods (e.g., items purchased via webshop/ terrapy.shop), fulfillment is handled through third-party partners. We make no guarantee as to specific delivery times, which depend on your shipping address and carrier availability.
8. Membership terms
By purchasing a monthly or yearly membership, you agree to recurring payments until cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle through your account or by emailing hello@annekesips.com.
Refunds:
Monthly memberships end at the end of the current billing period.
Yearly memberships are refundable on a prorated basis for the unused portion.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to cancel memberships without refund if Community Guidelines are violated.
9. Session packages
Session packages are valid for a limited time:
4-Session Package (Therapy Short): valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
8-Session Package (Therapy Long): valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unused sessions after expiry are forfeited and non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; missed sessions are forfeited.
10. Refund policy
10.1 Therapy, mentoring, and coaching
All payments for individual or package sessions are non-refundable.
10.2 In-person programs, workshops, retreats, conference and masterclasses
Cancellation ≥ 30 days before start: full refund minus €25 administrative fee.
Cancellation ≥ 14 days before start: 50% refund.
Cancellation < 14 days before start or after commencement: no refund.
You may transfer your booking to another participant up to 24 hours before the start (your responsibility to arrange).
If we cancel a program due to insufficient participants, you receive a full refund of the registration fee only. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other related costs. Teacher substitutions do not constitute grounds for refund.
10.3 Online programs and digital workshops
All sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted. In compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, by purchasing and accessing digital content, you agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.
If an online event is cancelled due to technical issues on our side, registration fees will be fully refunded.
10. Refund policy

11. Intellectual property
All content, including text, images, graphics, course materials, books, workbooks, videos, and audio (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by Anneke Sips International / Terrapy or licensed third parties. The Content is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You may view or download purchased materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute any Content without written permission.
All trademarks, logos, and names associated with Anneke Sips International / Terrapy remain our exclusive property.
12. Registered user content
If you post or upload content (“Registered User Content”), you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it in connection with our Websites and Services.
You are solely responsible for your content and agree that it will not infringe upon the rights of others.
13. Disclaimers
The information and services provided by Anneke Sips International / Terrapy — including therapy, mentoring, coaching, educational programs, and digital content — are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical or mental health conditions. Use of our Websites and Services is at your own risk.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anneke Sips International / Terrapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, income, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Websites, Services, or Content.
In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, illness, government restrictions, or technical failures.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to our Websites and Services at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of our platforms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused sessions, membership time, or course access.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of The Hague, the Netherlands.

19. Changes to these terms
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our Websites and indicated by the “Last Updated” date above.
Your continued use of the Websites after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
